At Nailbar.pk, every set is handmade to order, with each detail prepared especially for you. Because of the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect sizing, or requests for a different style or size.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before placing it and refer to our Sizing Guide to ensure the perfect fit.

We take great care in preparing every order. If your set arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 HOURS of delivery. To assist you, please include:

• Your order number • A brief description of the issue • Clear photographs of the item received

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll be in touch with the most suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are not typically offered.

𝐈𝐟 𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐈𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝

If we request that an item be returned, it must be unused and unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase and all original contents, including any complimentary tools or accessories.

As every set is handmade to order, selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.
