Welcome to Nailbar.pk. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms.

𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞

Every nail set at Nailbar.pk is handmade to order. Because each set is individually created, slight variations in colour, shape, placement, or finish may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and make each set unique.

𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing your set according to the details provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information, delivery details, design selection, and sizing information are correct.

𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠

Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility.

We offer both the Coin Method and Measurement Method for sizing. Please follow the instructions in our Sizing Guide carefully before submitting your sizing information.

Incorrect sizing provided or selected by the customer is not considered a fault with the product and is not eligible for a return or exchange.

𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Payments are made directly to the bank or account details provided by Nailbar.pk.

Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified. You may be asked to provide a screenshot or other proof of payment for confirmation.

If payment is not received within the specified payment window, your order may be cancelled.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬

We make every effort to represent our nail designs and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual devices.

As our sets are handmade, minor differences between the product shown online and the final handmade set may occur.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠

Each order is handmade and prepared with care. Our standard processing and delivery timeframe is approximately 10–15 days from the date of order.

Processing may take up to 10 days, followed by delivery of up to 5 days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.

Please note that delays caused by courier services, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

𝐔𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬

We currently do not offer urgent or expedited processing or shipping. Please consider our standard timeframe when placing your order.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email or Instagram.

After this period, your order may already be in preparation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect sizing, or requests for a different style or size.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further details.

International shipping is not currently available through our website.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, designs, pricing, availability, and other website information at any time.
